Bypass CPALead.com survey with Greasemonkey
If you've ever been to a site like watchitsalwayssunny.com or officeepisodesonline.com, you've probably seen the new CPALead.com popup which asks you to take a survey, before you can actually watch any episodes. It stops you from clicking on anything on the page and disables scrolling. It looks like this:

there's a really easy way to get past the surveys actually, go to http://surveyblock.com and use their website to look at video sites without having to do those stupid surveys, and then you're good to go ;)

Your code no longer works :(
The problem is that cpalead no longer appends an element with id="cpalead" onto pages.
You need to rethink your js.
I have written a bookmarklet that does the same job if anyone is interested:

you can block cpalead surveys with surveyblock.com if you want to
just use it to bypass cpalead
